Return Policies

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective physical products, as long as they are returned in new condition within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@sedarskimusic.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

All returns must be sent by mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we currently do not provide return labels. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that digital products, such as downloadable sheet music or recordings, and custom/commission compositions are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
